At Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. we pride ourselves with fast shipping through UPS or USPS. Heavy items may require freight delivery or additional shipping charges. If this is the case in your particular order, we will contact you with your exact shipping rate once the order has been placed.
NOTE: Any type of Free Shipping offers or shipping discount codes do not apply to orders outside the USA Special Offers: Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. occasionally offers special promotional discounts, offers and free shipping codes through our newsletter/mailing list and for select clients. To redeem the special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges:
Customer Service is our priority. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order. We will accept the return within 10 days of you having received the item and will issue a complete refund or store credit, minus the shipping costs. In the event that you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be subtracted from your refund. All returns sent in after 10 days will be issued as store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned to Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please include the original copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. will be unable to process your return. Always insure your package and obtain a tracking number before returning items. We recommend using UPS, Fedex or USPS with delivery confirmation when shipping your item back to us. Refund credit or re-shipment will be processed within 14 days after item is received. Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. will notify the email address on file once the credit or exchange is processed. Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. cannot refund the following items: clearance/sale merchandise, handmade items, custom made items, personalized items, bath and body products, and underwear or bathing suits. Nicole Maternity Wear is non-refundable. Exchange only for store credit. In order to receive store credit clothing must be returned within 10 days of receipt in original condition with tags attached. If it has been more than 30 days from the date your item was shipped out, Swanky Sweeties Boutique, Inc. cannot return or exchange any item or provide store credit. |
